Our Project

Improving Metabolic Health in Malta.

Obesity and Diabetes are the most obvious manifestations of metabolic ill health, however most chronic conditions can improve as a result of taking the very same actions:
Reduce the refined carbohydrate content of the diet.
Increasing MEDS

(meat, eggs, dairy and seafoods).

Eat together with non-starchy vegetables (or other proteins for the vegetarians and vegans amongst us).

Reduce starchy carbs (e.g. bread rice and potatoes) and all forms of sugar,
